In May, I received Chris's inquiry for the first time. Chris wanted a small-sized multi touch screen for a smart home control system.
We asked Chris about the parameters of the multi touch screen, and checked our product line, just in the production of LA123WF4-SL03 this LCD module can be used for this project, of course, we need to contact the factory, add touch function to LA123WF4-SL03 LCD module, and design according to customer requirement.
This LA123WF4-SL03 model is a liquid crystal module from LG Display.

In mid-May, the customer needs to confirm the design drawings with us. In fact, the customer has already confirmed it before. All of a sudden, the customer sent us an email telling us that there was still something to be modified, so our structural engineer once again designed the customer according to the customer's requirements. After confirming the details of the multi touch screen by telephone communication and email confirmation, we agreed to make a sample for the customer first.
After the customer paid the payment, we handed the drawings to the factory. We sent the drawings to the factory, and the factory made a finished multi touch screen according to the drawings we provided and the customer's requirements.
In June, the multi touch screen sample was completed and samples were sent to customers in accordance with the standards for export packaging. He sent us very good feedback.
In late June, we received the full payment for the customer's 320 multi touch screens. We have already contacted the factory and processed and produced 320 multi touch screens for customers according to sample requirements.

For this project, the process from customer inquiry to customer receipt of goods is more complicated, including more complicated steps such as drawing modification and customer demand changes.
But in the end, we put our multi touch screen into the hands of the customer as scheduled, and got the customer's recognition. This is a very successful case, which makes us more experienced in similar case
